With rumours that Deegan and Anstie got into it during practice this week after Deegan took Anstie down at San Diego, Steve Matthes asked Wil Hahn, the Star Yamaha 250 team manager about the situation.
And Hahn said he did have to sit both riders down this week to warn them not to throw away a title fighting with each other and giving momentum to other riders.
It leaves Anstie in a tough position for retaliation after Deegan cost him points and the red plate in San Diego – so what will he do at A2?
