Henry Jacobi has plenty of experience in the GP paddock in the past breaking through the EMX championships before being a full time MX2 and MXGP rider.
However, the past few years, Jacobi’s main focus has been on the ADAC MX Masters series with the Sarholz KTM team. He has of course also raced selected MXGP events as well as International races.
MXNEWS-Online have reported that Jacobi may be heading to America to contest the Budds Creek AMA National taking place on the 17th of August. We checked with sources on our end and got the news verified that the German is indeed putting things in place to contest Budds Creek.
We also understand that Jacobi could also Unadilla or Ironman as well and that he line up at not one, but two rounds of the AMA Pro Motocross series.
There’s plenty of European talent contesting the 450cc AMA Nationals with the likes of Dylan Ferrandis, Romain Pape, Freddie Noren and Harri Kullas all showing good things in America.
It’ll be nice to see Jacobi behind the start gate in America next month and he’ll be hoping for some good results.
We’ll bring you the news as and when it is official.
