RIP: Enzo Badenas


The motocross community has been shaken by heartbreaking news from Spain as young talent Enzo Badenas has tragically lost his life following a training incident.

Badenas, just 17 years old, was part of the RFME GasGas structure throughout the 2025 season, competing in the highly competitive EMX125 series. He was preparing to step up to the EMX250 championship for 2026 – a move that highlighted both his promise and the confidence the Spanish federation had in his future.

We would like to extend our deepest condolences to Enzo’s family, friends, team members, and all who knew him during this incredibly difficult time.

Today we received news that has broken our 💔 hearts.

Enzo Badenas, a 17-year-old rider from Valencia, suffered a serious training accident and has passed away.

Enzo, who was the Spanish 85cc champion in 2022, was a member of the national team and trained at the Specialized Centre for Motorsport Training at the Circuit Ricardo Tormo.

He had a long and promising career ahead of him, but today it has been cut short 🥹.

All of Valencian and national motorcycling will always remember him as both a rider and a person.
