Race One: It was a fantastic opening race at Uddevalla. It was Sacha Coenen who got the holeshot and opened up a huge lead at the front of the pack. Andrea Adamo was on the charge but when he got into second was over ten seconds behind the young Belgian.
However, Adamo showed his grit and determination to catch and pass Coenen to bring home an impressive race win.
Meanwhile there was an exciting battle for third with the returning Liam Everts riding really well but then had Kay de Wolf who didn’t get the best of starts for company. De Wolf made a move on his team mate on the final lap to take third.
Längenfelder had a bad start – outside the top ten. But the young German rode brilliant – on the last lap he was on Everts’ rear wheel but just couldn’t make a move stick on Everts so had to settle for fifth.
Race Two: Benistant took another great start in race two but this time Längenfelder took a better start in second. The German passed the factory Yamaha man and then no one else saw what way he went.
De Wolf worked his way into fourth behind Valin and was putting in a charge. The French rider then made a mistake on the last lap which allowed de Wolf to finish third.
Adamo will be dissapointed after a bad start which saw him in seventh but then he had a crash which dropped him down to eighth but the damage was done as he was far too behind to make the time up.
