Race One:
Kay de Wolf took the win after starting fourth and working his way quickly into the lead passing all three KTM’s. Lucas Coenen nearly hit the gate and got a terrible start at the back of the top ten but worked his way into second and was chipping away at De Wolf’s lead…but ran out of time to really put the pressure on, but he was getting very close to De Wolf on the last lap!

Race Two:
Lucas Coenen got elbowed out of the way by Kay de Wolf off the start with de Wolf coming around third and and Coenen 15th with Sacha Coenen out front. From there, Lucas put on a charge and was up to third in 15 minutes catching de Wolf who had caught Sacha, but the de Wolf went down!
Lucas then passed Sacha for the lead and sprinted away as de Wolf got back into second but even he couldn’t catch Coenen, and then De Wolf went down again with three laps to go and bent his bars in a big crash. De Wolf couldn’t keep the bike straight in the sand with his bent bars and dropped to fourth in the moto, with Adamo taking second and McLellan third.
Coenen said: “Good day, only the starts were bad. Kay ran me onto the bank, so I was mad about that! Everybody thought I was not the best in the sand but me and my teammate are the same level.”
De Wolf later admitted he was lucky to even finish the race after a bike problem.
