250 main event:

Seth Hammaker ran away with the win as Nate Thrasher crashed out of second handing the runner-up spot to RJ Hampshire and third to Tom Vialle in a very stagnant race. Thrasher remounted for fourth but got docked a position so was classified as fifth. Hammaker now has a three points lead over Hampshire with Vialle now seven back with two rounds to go.

450 main event: Chase Sexton decimated the field and lapped up to eighth place while putting a nearly 20 second lead on Cooper Webb after they started 1-2 to put an exclamation mark on who the fastest rider is right now. Sexton is now nine points back with three to go – if he wins out he wins the championship!

Aaron Plessinger took third after Justin Barcia went over the bars in the whoops while looking set to take final step on the podium at his home round.

Sexton said: “I felt good all day, the two whoops sections helped me out a lot. Had such a good flow, it felt like it was effortless. Had a good start and made it happen.

Webb said: “Man, it’s tough, he was on it and killing me in the sets of whoops. I’m pretty mind blown how he did it so good. He rode awesome, rode a great race and kicked my butt. We wanted more fight tonight but it is what it is.”
