The MX2 race was superb! Tom Vialle got the holeshot and opened up a comfortable gap with De Wolf and Coenen having to come back from outside the top five.
Webb started second but Anstie to the delight of the home crowd passed him to get into second. De Wolf and Coenen were coming forward quickly and once they got into second and third started to catch Vialle.
De Wolf crashed which promoted Coenen to second and with a clear track, the Belgian was flying! He gained the 7 seconds gap to Vialle and was all over him but then crashed which left Vialle to take the win.
Meanwhile all that was going on Simon Laengenfelder set the quickest lap time of the race and passed Anstie for third but the Brit was still strong.
Webb who started second ended up seventh – he’ll need much more tomorrow!
