Prado back for Indianapolis Supercross!

In some unexpected good news after a spate of AMA rider injuries, Jorge Prado will be back behind the gate this weekend at the triple crown event in Indianapolis!

Prado, who crashed in Q2 in Seattle while fastest in qualifying, missed the event then Arlington and Daytona due to a grade 1 shoulder separation but he apparently rode this week and will race tomorrow night. And with no AMA race next weekend, he will get an extra week to recover.

KTM posted: “Red Bull KTM Factory Racing’s Jorge Prado is READY TO RACE this weekend in Indianapolis following a successful week of training.”

Prado himself said he didn’t want to miss any more races now he is feeling better: “Fortunately we’ve been able to improve quite a bit in recent days, and finally I can breathe normally again. I don’t want to miss the opportunity to race in as many races as possible and rack up experience this season.”
