Race One: Janis Reisulis and Mathis Valin set a very high pace at the front of the field. It was Karlis Reisulis who got the holeshot but his younger brother made a move and by the time Valin got into second there was a gap of seven seconds between the pair.
Right at the end, Valin cut down the gap but ran out of time – an impressive win for Janis who has had a strong off-season.
Mano Faure had a strong ride on the 250cc to finish third ahead of Alexis Fueri. Julius Mikula rounded out the top five after having to come through the pack.
Race Two: Valin bounced back to dominate race two and win by a gap of over thirty seconds. It was Francisco Garcia who finished second on his BUD Kawasaki.
Julius Mikula finished third on the Osicka KTM with Reisulis fourth and Jake Cannon rounding out the top five.
