Mitchell Oldenburg has had a good time with the Motoconcepts Honda team racing in America as well as contesting the World Supercross series.
The American, however, has revealed that he has parted ways for the team ahead of the 2024 WSX championship.
It remains to be seen if the Motoconcepts Honda team will remain in the WSX series or Oldenburg just fancied a change but his plans will be confirmed in due course.
Oldenburg posted the following statement on social media:
“The last 3 years with the whole Motoconcepts team has truly been a blessing! Very thankful for my time spent with them, and the friendships I made in those 3 years. Special thank you to Mike and Sandy Genova along with everyone from Leisure Concepts for being such amazing people to work with!
I have decided to go in a different direction for the 2024 FIM WSX series and I’m excited to share the news with everyone when I am able to”
