Everts has been dealt a tough blow at the MXGP of Finland after a crash in the Qualifying Race forced him out of action.
The Belgian, who was leading at the time of the incident, unfortunately sustained a sacral fracture and will now return home for further assessment and recovery.
Fingers crossed it’s not too bad for the young Belgian and he can be back behind the gate soon – his home GP taking place at Lommel is just around the corner…

Liam Everts sidelined for the MXGP of Finland.
Following a heavy crash while leading this afternoon’s Qualifying Race, the Belgian sustained a sacral fracture and will return home for further medical evaluation.
