Haiden Deegan is back on the bike after a month off to rest and also get some metal work out of his wrist.
Now, with everything healed and a mind and body refreshed, Deegan has started the preparation process to win his first supercross title in 2025.
Dad Brian admitted he was a little nervous about seeing Haiden straight back on a supercross track after a month off but was impressed with the ease he transitioned back into the supercross technique.
Brian said: “1st day back on the bike on new fresh build SX track. Few laps and hitting a bunch of quads. It’s really wild how good the muscle memory is. Not touching a dirtbike for well over a month. I was a little nervous at first, but it goes to show you the new technical level of the elites. There is definitely a new version of the game this time around.”
