In the first free practice session of the year at a brand new track in Cordoba, Sacha Coenen set the pace on his Factory KTM.
HRC Honda new signing, Valerio Lata was second with EMX250 champion, Mathis Valin third.
Simon Laengenfelder was fourth fastest with Camden McLellan rounding out the top five.
Yamaha riders, Karlis Reisulis and Rick Elzinga (had a limited off-season) were sixth and seventh quickest.
Marc-Antoine Rossi put in the eighth fastest time over reigning champion, Kay de Wolf with Liam Everts rounding out the top ten.
It’s worth pointing out it’s a brand new track for everyone so they’ll continue to learn it as the day progresses.
