A tough year has got even tougher with Chase Sexton joining Jorge Prado and RJ Hampshire on the sidelines for Daytona after the Kawasaki star crashed this week preparing for the race.
Kawasaki said: “Monster Energy Kawasaki rider @chasesexton will miss Round 8 of @supercrosslive due to injuries to his hip and lower back sustained while prepping for Daytona.”
Things have got progressively worse for Sexton since his win at A2 but, despite a sixth at Arlington, Sexton did feel he was making progress with the bike. Now that progress has been halted with injury.
