Jason Anderson has raced his last race for Kawasaki with the news that he will be sitting out the rest of the season. Anderson is expected to be replaced by Chase Sexton, so is looking for a ride in 2026 and has been linked with HEP Suzuki, but Anderson says he wants to sort his health in the immediate future.

Anderson said on IG: “Super bummed on the year. I have been having a hard time on the physical side. Not being able to push after lap 2 every weekend is frustrating. Anytime I want to try and train more I keep getting sick and going backwards with my fitness. Not being able to be the best me right now is super tough physically and mentally but shit will buff and I’ll be all good soon

“Also just wanted to say thanks to my team @monsterenergy @racekawasaki for being really cool to me and still giving their best effort even though I couldn’t give them mine. Right now I’m going to relax and get my body healthy for more racing in the future. On a positive side I’m excited to enjoy time with my family who always take a backseat to my career. Hope to be back out there soon”.
