Race One: Jeffrey Herlings and Kay de Wolf set a blistering pace at the front of the field with the duo lapping four seconds a lap faster than Romain Febvre! Both Dutch sand flies sought victory with immense determination, there was only a second between the pair as the race wound down with Herlings able to hold de Wolf off for the win. They were going ten seconds a lap quicker than Vialle at the end with Frenchman just avoiding getting lapped in ninth.
Race Two: Things were slightly easier for Jeffrey Herlings in race two with Kay de Wolf having to come through the field but Romain Febvre kept Herlings honest for a while before the Dutch maestro pulled away to win his fourth moto in two days across two different national championships! Kay de Wolf came back to fourth behind Alberto Forato who rode very well for third on the Fantic.
