It was one of the most exciting races of the last few and yes, Haiden Deegan was involved…coincidence? Probably not! Like him or hate him Deegan brings drama and excitement to the races – another reason it is disappointing he won’t be on a 450 at least A1!
See how his night of difficulties ended on a memorable high by passing Eli Tomac for second in moto three to clinch his best result of his 450 WSX experience.
And Deegan said he almost didn’t race the third moto due to bike (sounds like fuel) problems: “I just F***** passed Tomac that’s like a dream! That was sick. I was so excited I couldn’t even ride when I was behind Tomac!
“I wasn’t going to race the last race because I was having bike issues all day but then I remembered a Kobe Byrant quote when he said if you feel good or not you have to go out there because the fans that don’t have a lot of money so to do that to them would be lame.“
