After a strong season with Fantic in MXGP despite some health issues including getting back on the bike immediately after dislocating his shoulder and having it pop back in, Brian Bogers has announced his retirement.
Bogers said: “It’s time to say goodbye… My motocross career has come to an end, and what a journey it has been! I have been riding motocross bikes for 25 years of which 10 years mxgp. It’s funny that you start such a great sport just for fun, and later making a living out of it.
“Every rider dreams of being world champion ones but this I could never achieved, but on the other side getting several podium’s in mx2 and mxgp and even winning one, THE one in Lommel and being the best in the world for just one race feels pretty good, gives satisfaction and is nice to look back at. Thanks everyone for the great times!🙏🏻”
We wish Brian the best for the future. It’s been fun watching his career.
