After a horrible crash, it is not a surprise to learn that Preston Boespflug suffered a broken femur when you see the video footage but he also revealed that he also dislocated his knee, in a painful end to his supercross season, again underlining just how brutal the sport really is with one mistake.
Watch the footage below as his own bike hitting him and then getting run over by another rider was, somehow, the least of his problem when you see how his leg flops after hitting terrafirma. OUCH!
