The F4E GasGas Junior Racing team have got their plans already confirmed for the 2024 season as once again they’ll mostly focus on the EMX125 series and develop younger talents.
The good news is that Austrian talent, Maximilian Ernecker will be staying with the team for the year ahead in what will be his last year racing the EMX125 series but he has the potential to run at the sharp end of the class as he’s already shown.
Ian Ampoorter and Harry Seel will also be staying with the team to contest the EMX125 series and hope to be stronger in 2024 after picking up valuable experience this year.
Last but not least, Moritz Ernecker (Maximilian’s Brother) will stay with the team for another year to focus on the EMX85 series where he should be a front runner.
It might be an unchanged rider line up for the F4E GasGas Junior team but they’ll be hoping for an even better season in 2024.
The teams rider line up for 2024 is as follows:
- Maximilian Ernecker (EMX125)
- Ian Ampoorter (EMX125)
- Harry Seel (EMX125)
- Moritz Ernecker (EMX85)
“Our plans have been in place for a long time already, actually. The point of my team is to get young kids with potential the chance to show their potential and grow so they can move on. Maxi (Maximilian Ernecker) has shown he has it with a fifth at Matterley Basin and winning the last ADAC, he should be a good contender next year in the EMX125. Ian (Ampoorter) has the speed, just wasn’t really lucky this season. We saw in practice at Matterley that he can do it. Harry (Seel) is still only 14 years old, he qualified for a few so he should do this every race next season and get better… Moritz Ernecker, (Maxi’s brother) will be with us on the 85cc and should be a good contender for the podiums also. I just need to kick his ass a bit so he grows faster (laughs)”, Team owner, Jimbo Verburgh told GateDrop.com.
