Maxime Renaux took the holeshot and never looked back in the open qualifying race. Christian Craig had a strong start in second but wasn’t looking comfortable with Harri Kullas riding really well to get into second. Ruben Fernandez after a bad start responded to get himself up to second.
Kullas then made a mistake though which allowed Liam Everts up to third on his 350cc after he passed Craig. Valentin Guillod and Andrea Bonacorsi got really bad starts but recovered to sixth and seventh respectively.
Jason Meara rode well for seventeenth while Conrad Mewse had issues to end up twenty-second.
