Young Italian heads to Loretta Lynn

The Rocky Mountain ATV/MC AMA Amateur National Motocross Championship is the world’s largest and most prestigious amateur motocross racing program. The national qualifying program consists of 57 Area Qualifiers and 13 Regional Championships, hosted at select motocross facilities across the US. Nearly 22,000 racers attempt to qualify in 35 classes for the 1,470 available positions at the National.

Andrea Adamo, 14 years old straight from Sicily, qualified for the final of Loretta Lynn after winning regionals titles in the 250 B and Schoolboy 250 (12-17) classes taking home 15 out of 16 motos win. For the big final round at Loretta the Italian rider will race for the notorious AMSOIL Factory Connection Honda team, who decided to take him on after seeing the good results in the qualifying rounds.

On July 28, Andrea arrived to Nashville after a long trip from Italy together with his Family and manager, Martino Bianchi. They decided to go for a test of the CRF250 bike before the first timed practice scheduled for tomorrow morning that will officially start this crazy and incredible week of racing.

Andrea felt really good on the bike since the beginning and he said:
