Will A1 be a mudder?!

With rain expected this week in the Anaheim area, it seems there is a chance that A1 2016 could take place under less than ideal conditions!
Precipitation is predicted for most of this week and there is a chance it could continue into Saturday, leaving the opening round of the season even more unpredictable that it already is.
One thing is for certain, most of the riders currently based in California won’t get much riding in this week as they will want for the most pressurised event of year!
It wouldn’t be the first time the Anaheim opener was hit by rain, with the 2005 version, maybe the most hyped supercross ever as everyone waited for the first ever RC v JS supercross battle, took place in the rain. It was Kevin Windham who ultimately stole the show and emerged victorious as the rest floundered in the tricky conditions.
We may well be in for more of the same craziness on Saturday night!
