Video: Tim Gajser crash MXGP of Latvia

Tim Gajser lost the red plate after a scary crash while battling to stay ahead of title rival Cairoli in the second moto.

Gajser was running second to Herlings but the crash now gives Cairoli a 17 point lead in the title chase.

Roger Harvey said Gajser was walking but they are waiting until he has been checked out by the medics to give a definitive update: “We still wait for more news but hopefully it is not too bad. He is being checked out medically now. He has been walking but is beaten up quite badly so let’s now focus on getting fit and ready for the next GP.”
