Video: Jett Lawrence – I felt like I failed my family

“I don’t like disappointing people, especially ones close to me. My dad, my trainer, my mechanic, my team, if I disappoint them, I felt like I’ve just failed, I hate it. That’s why at Indy 2 I lined up for the main event. I’m like, ‘this is my mistake, I did it and I’m going to fix it.’ I’m not going to back down, I’ve always been taught to never back down from anything.”

Jett Lawrence talks about the pressure in supercross with Gypsy Tales and the last round of the US outdoors that saw him clinch the 250 title – but it got a bit stressful!
