Vurbmoto have re-posted some highlights from a cracking race between future National champs Zach Osborne and Ryan Dungey along with Austin Stroupe, who despite having the speed and winning races as a member of the Pro Circuit Kawasaki squad, never won the championships he was capable of thanks to off field distractions.

Osborne of course went global in his motocross life and went on to win a British and US 250 National Motocross titles, two 250 supercross crowns and also won a GP event in MX2 during his four years chasing the MX2 world championship.

Meanwhile, Ryan Dungey chose not to chase a world motocross championship and stayed in the States with the epitome of consistency putting up legendary numbers during his fantastic career. Dungey won four 450 supercross titles, one 250 outdoor motocross title, three 450 outdoor motocross titles plus three MXoN wins with team USA and a 250 supercross crown to become one of the greats of AMA supercross and motocross racing.

However, Osborne, now in his 30s, is the only one still racing in 2020 as he chases a big bike championship in the States!

But, back in 2005, all those professional race wins and championship accomplishments were still a dream for the hungry trio who were chasing the goal of being pro and fulfilling their childhood ambitions as they fought tooth and nail for Lorretta Lynn’s glory…
