VHR KTM – No budget for second MXGP rider
The VHR KTM team owner, Bruno Verhaeghe recently stated he was interested in signing up a second MXGP rider to partner Jordi Tixier in the class.
Despite being linked to Brent van Doninck things had gone quiet so we got in touch with Verhaeghe and he told us he’ll focus on Jordi Tixier in the MXGP class. The team haven’t been able to find the budget to sign up another MXGP rider.
It means the the team will focus on the EMX and WMX championships again for the 2020.
Bruno’s son, Scotty Verhaeghe will contest in the EMX250 championship, he’ll hope to stay injury free throughout the season.
Xavier Cazal will stay with the team for his second season in the EMX125 series with Matilde Martinez representing the team in the WMX class.
