Ulster motocross format changes for 2020

Some changes have been made to race lengths following the MRA AGM, as well as allowing 250 two-strokes into the MX2 class!

See the following announcement made on social media from the MRA below:

85cc Big Wheel 11-14 years on the 1st January. The age limits for the small wheel 85cc class (9-12) will remain the same, as will the Intermediate class where riders can enter at 13 years old and the Premier class at the age of 14 years old.

Also passed
250 – 2-stroke machines to be allowed to ride in the MX2 class.

Finally…
Ulster Adult Motocross race times have been amended:-
Premier MX1 / MX2 – 20mins + 1 lap
Semi Expert MX1 / MX2 – 16mins + 1 lap
Clubman MX1 / MX2 – 14mins + 1 lap
Veterans – 12mins + 1 lap
