It’s recently been announced that Max Anstie (MXGP), Dean Wilson (OPEN) and Tommy Searle (MX2) will represent team GB at the Motocross Des Nations later in the year.

As always there’s people that disagree with Mark Charmerbain’s team selection but riders who missed out on a slot with the team have come out with positive messages. It’s good to see they respect the team manager’s decision on the team he decided to select.

Conrad Mewse: “First of all I’d like to say a massive thanks to Mark Chamberlain for including me in the shortlist of this years MXON among many other great riders, I feel that he’s picked a very strong team and are more than capable of a podium, also a special thanks goes out to all the people that backed me leading up to this decision.┬áNow, it’s time to stop all the negative comments and get behind these boys to hopefully see that flag on the podium. Good luck @maxanstie @deanwilson15 @tommysearle100, you boys have got this!”

Brad Anderson: “Come on everyone, the teams been picked now let’s get behind team Great Britain. Instead of been negative, we need to be on the box this year. Good luck lads, I’ll be Shouting for you”.

Ben Watson: “I’m proud to have been in the running to represent team GB at this years MXON, thank you to everyone who has supported me in the past few weeks. The team has now been chosen so let’s back the guys and give them 100% support! Good luck @tommysearle100 @maxanstie @deanwilson15 I’ll be there supporting you #teamGB”

Adam Sterry: “It was an honour to be on the shortlist for the MXON but of course my chances ended early on in the season which was devastating, however I will be there supporting the guys and I’m confident it’s going to be a good result in front of the home fans. Good luck boys @maxanstie @tommysearle100 @deanwilson15”
