Top Australian motocross rider, Caleb Ward will make his World Championship debut this weekend as he will contest the MX2 class at the Glen Helen GP.

Caleb who has had a good season competing in the Australian MX National championship just missed out on the title too Jed Beaton. However, second overall in the championship is still a good result.

This weekend Caleb will now ride at the highest level and compete against the top AMA and GP riders including Jeffrey Herlings, Cooper Webb, Austin Forkner, Jeremy Seewer and Max Anstie just to name a few.

It will be good to see how Caleb gets on this weekend and if he impresses a GP or an AMA team and who knows the future could hold.

Caleb Ward: “I’m really looking forward to racing Glen Helen MXGP this weekend, it’s a massive opportunity and something I’ve wanted to do for a really long time, it should be a great experience for me. It’s going to be good to be able to compare myself with all the guys I’ve been watching on TV for years and see where I’m at. I think it’ll be good motivation heading into next season knowing where I’m at and hopefully benefit me a lot. Huge thanks to TLD KTM, Johnny Mclean, Kyle Blunden, Rob Twyerould, KTM Australia and everyone else who’s made this amazing opportunity possible.
