TM return to the GP paddock in 2021

At the end of the 2018 season, TM decided to leave the Motocross Grand Prix paddock. But the good news is that they will return for the 2021 season.

In TM’s first year back they won’t be running a World Championship team but will contest the competitive EMX250 championship with two riders.  If the results are good they could contest selected rounds of the MX2 World Championship.

Italian team, Steels Dr Jack Fly Over have ran KTM machinery for a number of years but will be switching from orange to blue for the 2021 season as they’ve agreed a deal with TM.

“The choice is dictated by the fact of taking a new, all-Italian road that gives us new strength to continue in this very difficult job. In agreement with TM RACING from which we will be officially supported, for the first year we will return to the EMX250 series with the the riders being confirmed soon. Perhaps we will do some races in MX2 if the results are up to us to make this decision”. team manager, Robin Caldelli told GateDrop.com.

As soon as the team announce their riders we will bring you the news of who will race a TM in 2021.

With Fantic and GasGas joining the MXGP paddock last year and Beta also expected to join in 2021, it’s positive news for the sport.
