Steve Dixon drafts in Brazilian!
With Darian Sanayei ruled out for the rest of the season, Steve Dixon has drafted in Brazilian rider, Gustavo Pessoa to contest the rest of the MX2 World Championship.
Pessoa has been with Honda for 10 years but has decided to make the switch to Kawasaki due to the opportunity of racing in the World Championship. His first race will be in Loket, Czech Republic and he also has the option of racing some British Championship races.
The current Brazilian Champion, contested the first five rounds of the AMA Motocross series and he battled for points, he has five to his name.
Pessoa has also already been selected to ride the Motocross Des Nations in America at the end of the season so it promises to be a good end of the season for him – racing the MX2 World Championship and the Motocross Des Nations.
