Season over for Caleb Ward!

Caleb Ward recently returned home to Australia after splitting with the 8Biano Husqvarna outfit who he was contesting the MX2 World Championship with. Caleb struggled with injuries during his time contesting in the MX2 series.

However, it has now been revealed that Ward needs to undergo two operations and that will unfortunately rule him out for the rest of the season.

The first surgery Ward will face is an ACL surgery on both of his knees. The Aussie hasn’t had an ACL in either of his knees for a few years but has been putting the operation off until he had another injury so it makes sense to get the operation now.

A month after that operation he will get surgery to repair his shoulder injury that he picked up at the Argentinean GP.

Ward already has one eye on the 2018 season and has his eyes focused on an MX1 ride in the MX Nationals series in Australia.
