Results: EMX250 race one Russia – Van De Moosdijk wins!

Roan Van De Moosdijk continued his good form to run down race leader René Hofer to take the win on a very fast and slick circuit in Russia.

Hofer rode great for second to show he is over his recent knee injury with a charging Rubini coming through the field to third. But it wasn’t a good race for championship leader Forato who suffered a terrible start then a big crash over a jump to take a frustrated 14th.

Josh Gilbert took 11th in borrowed race kit with a number three duct taped unto his shirt after his kit didn’t make it to Russia on time!
