No Dutch at the Junior World Championship this year

The KNMV have been taking the COVID-19 pandemic very seriously and rightly so. They decided at a very early stage to cancel the entire Dutch Masters of Motocross Championship this year and they’ve now decided they won’t be sending a team to contest the Junior World Championship.

At the moment there’s a lot of uncertainty but the Junior World Championship which is scheduled to take place in Greece this year is still on the calendar. The Dutch have a number of bright young talents and would have been one of the main contenders heading into the event but let’s hope everything goes back to normal for the 2021 season and they’ll be back at the event.
