Jonass rebounded well from the first race to lead from start to finish. Jeremy Seewer showed alot of speed to get to second at the beginning, but two crashes and a big battle to repass Covington ruined his chances of trying to catch his championship rival. Covington has a good race in third but the heat was near unbearable for all the riders with the lap few laps visibly a struggle and the mechanics pouring buckets of water over riders in the pitlane!
