Martens and Geerts win in Belgium!

It was an impressive display from Belgian talent, Jago Geerts as he dominated proceedings on his Sahkar KTM. Jago is preparing for a rookie season in the EMX250 championship and once he totally gets used to the bike he could be right at the front in the class.

Jere Haavisto who is another EMX250 rider ended up second overall as he will be hoping for a good season in the class too. Jago’s team mate, Hardi Roosiorg rounded off the podium with a third overall on the day.

In the MX1 class it was Yentel Martens that took glory as he won the first moto from Erki Kahro who is moving up to the 450cc machine for the year ahead. Cedric Grobben just edged out De Dycker for third in the first moto.

However, De Dycker was very impressive in the second moto taking the win and over twenty-seconds ahead of Yentel Martens but the latter did enough for the overall win.

Youngster, Erik Willems impressed on the day and rounded of the podium with a third overall on the day.
