Mantova hoping to reopen in May – Seeking government approval

Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, Mantova are hoping to reopen their Motocross track next month.

The Mantovano told MXReport the following information:

Motoclub Mantovano have organized spaces and services in view of the possible reopening of training for athletes which will be decided by the government on the 4th of May.  In the event that the government decides for the green light to sport for riders, the Motoclub Mantovano will only accept cross riders who have booked the test session on the site: www.motocrossmantova.com. Riders will need to be equipped with an approved mask and with a self-declaration signed attesting to the non-positivity to Covid19. This is to ensure maximum safety for both practitioners and service personnel, limiting the presence of pilots.

The Mantovano Motoclub will now wait for the governments decision which is expected to be on the 4th of May. If it is approved then it could be a place for GP riders to put in the laps.
