The talented Kim Savaste is still looking a ride for the 2018 season. Back in 2014, Kim won the 85cc World Championship title but ever since then has had a tough time mainly due to injuries meaning we haven’t got to see the best of him.
Last year at the Motocross Des Nations, Kim picked up a serious vertebrae injury. At first they thought he might miss the entire 2017 season but he made a strong recovery and was actually able to compete at the first round of the EMX250 series.
This year was a rookie year for Savaste in the EMX250 series with the BUD Kawasaki outfit but he won’t be with them for the 2018 season.
Kim managed to get a bike from the 137 Motorsport KTM team to compete at the Motocross Des Nations in Matterley Basin but won’t be with them moving forward.
Fingers crossed Savaste can secure a ride for the 2018 season.
