Keogh, Edmonds and Kinsella on London Arenacross

The Final round of the Arenacross Uk Championship landed in Wembley this weekend, Only taking place on one night instead of two, The boys had there work cut out to get there points in the bag. Back for this round we had Jordan Keogh (Pro Lights) Stuart Edmonds (Pro 450) and Jordan Kinsella (65’s).

First up in the Pro Lites we had Jordan Keogh, Who even though he hasnt rode since Belfast, Didn’t seem to have lost any of his speed! Putting in a great performance in his heat races and head to heads, He made it into the LCQ’s on the saturday evening.

This weekend was another great experience, with this only being my second race indoors due to being injured from the first round.” Said Keough. “I feel I definitely made some progress from round one at Belfast. With not riding the bike since Belfast my fitness wasn’t where I wanted it to be but all in all I was happy with my riding and had fun, In the LCQ I finally got a decent start in second and washed the front in the second corner which was a bummer but we still had plenty of fun and learned a lot. A big thank you to all the team sponsors that made this arenacross tour possible it is greatly appreciated.”

Next up in the Pro 450 we had Stuart Edmonds, After Stuart getting a great result in the Birmingham round, (Finishing in the superfinal) His confidence moved through to Wembley, with him making it into the LCQ alongside Keough. With Stuart putting on some great shows in the head to heads, here’s his take on the evenings racing.

“Its been a great experience getting back into the swing of Arenacross the past few weeks. Wembley didn’t exactly go to plan but I managed to show some good speed and put in some great head to head race wins showing the speed I am capable of.” Said Edmonds. “Start’s are most defiantly the key with arenacross and I will be sure to make them count when I am back next year. I would like to thank everyone on the team that has helped out and especially all the sponsors that pulled together this year and made it happen. Now it’s time for me to knuckle down back to motocross season prep and get myself ready for the long season ahead of me!”

Moving onto our Youth 65 Rider of Jordan Kinsella, He has done us all proud across the tour, With copious amounts of interviews and VIP track walks thrown at him he’s just taken it all in his stride. Jordan went into Wembley feeling confident but a few little mistakes cost him a higher finish, but he still rode great for his first ever Arenacross Uk tour.

“So back to school today after I had an amazing time at Arenacross. I finally felt I was starting to get my flow at Wembley but with crashes and problems with my bike it just didn’t all work out! I’m so happy after not riding as long as my competitors I am able to mix it up with them. I just need to keep working now this year and build my speed and skill and I know I can come back better next year. Thank you to my team and sponsors and my coach Stuey without them my dreams wouldn’t have came true. To everyone reading this you have been great for the support, messages and following thank you”.
