Todd Kellett had a pretty good 2017 as he started of the season as a privateer. However, he impressed in the EMX250 series and the Maxxis British Championship that the Hitachi KTM UK team decided to snap him up.

Kellett has now secured himself another ride for the 2018 season as he’s inked a deal with the Verde KTM team. The Brit will once again contest the Maxxis British Championship and the EMX250 series. He will join the experienced Brad Anderson under the awning.

However, Kellett had a big crash earlier in the month and is currently recovering from multiple broken vertebrae’s in his back so he won’t be on the bike anytime soon but on a positive note at least he has his future secure.

Todd announced the news on social media:

“Pleased to say I’ll be riding for Verde Substance KTM in 2018, participating in the EMX250 and Maxxis British Championship MX2. The team have been there for me through this hurdle and we will work together to get back on the bike when the times right”.
