Spanish talent, Jorge Zaragoza will be absent at the next two rounds of the MX2 World Championship races. It means Zaragoza will miss both the French and Italian Grand Prix’s.
Unfortunately, Zaragoza picked up a knee injury a few weeks back contesting in the Spanish Championship but decided to ride in Germany anyway. He was carrying the injury in Germany but managed a thirteenth place in the qualifying race despite the knee issue.
However, the pain got worse for Zaragoza on race day in Germany which meant he couldn’t perform to his best.
The Ausio Yamaha rider tried to ride at Matterley Basin but he after a short landing it ended his weekend and now he’s taken the decision to rest up and not come back until he’s 100% fit. Zaragoza will be hoping for a strong second half of the season when he makes his return to racing.
