Jorge Prado in for the Nations!

Jorge Prado in for the Nations!

Iker Larranaga picked up a wrist injury at the last MX2 World Championship round at Glen Helen. This is bad news for Spain as he is now forced out for the Motocross of Nations. It’s a big blow for Iker as it would have been his first time to represent his country at the event.

However, some good news for Spain is that they have a ready-made replacement in Jorge Prado who probably should have been picked anyway, especially after his impressive performance during Assen were he ran with Jeffrey Herlings. Herlings himself even compared him to himself and Roczen at the same age.

Jorge will race the MX2 class now, it will be his first time racing the Motocross of Nations which will be good for the future, he will gain experience from the event and not be so nervous when he gets picked in the future!

Jorge will race the MX2 class with Jose Butron (MXGP) and Jorge Zaragoza (OPEN) also representing team Spain at the Nations.
