Jett Lawrence snapped up by Red Bull

It’s been a very good start to December for Jett Lawrence! Not only has it been confirmed he will be an HRC Honda rider in 2021, but he has now been signed by Red Bull!

The colourful character was always going to be a marketing dream with his international appeal thanks to his experience and popularity in Europe, the USA and his homeland, Australia. But more importantly Lawrence is a sensational talent and looks to be next in line to be the next superstar to take centre stage in the USA.

“On top of the big news today of signing with Honda racing, I have also signed with Red Bull,” commented Jett on social media. “Honestly since I was a young kid it was a dream of mine to become a RedBull athlete.”

“I am stoked to have long term partnerships with two of the world’s most premier brands in motorsport. I am humble and privileged to be in the position I am in, I don’t take it for granted.”

The smart youngster has, in a Gypsy Tales podcast, also vowed not to let his promising career get derailed by girls! “Just imagine hearing your career got messed over because of a girl! If that happened I would be so disappointed. I would feel so crap that all that my family has gone through to give me this opportunity to what I am at now, to go and waste it. I would feel like I’d want to put a gun to my head, that’s how crap I would feel.”
