Jake Millward leaves Verde KTM!
The young Jake Millward has confirmed that he’s left the Verde KTM team after spending the last three years with the team.
The Brit also confirmed that at the moment he hasn’t got a ride but will be hoping to get something sorted soon for the 2018 season.
Millward posted the following message on his Facebook page:
“Unfortunately my time with verdesport racing has come to an end. Just wanna say a massive thankyou to Adrian Kirk, Niki Hessey, Matt Hunt, Arran Kirk and Steve Clitheroe for everything you have done for me. The amount of time and effort you have all put in over the last 3 years has been more than anyone could ask for. You have been more of a family to me than a team, got so many memories and had so many laughs that i’ll never forget. It’s been a honour riding out of your awning the last few years and getting my best results I’ve had at British level. Last year was a tough one for many different reasons but I now know what i need to do to get up on that box.
Thankyou again and I’ll be seeing you in the paddock sometime soon.
As for next season I currently don’t have a ride lined up but fingers crossed i get something sorted soon and come into 2018 swinging and get the result we all know I’m capable of”
