Illness prevents Anstie from competing at the SMX cup!

Max Anstie has revealed that he picked up an infection at the US GP and has been struggling ever since.
Anstie was down on his usual GP speed at the MXON and this appears to be the reason why, and is also the reason the talented Brit won’t race the SMX cup this weekend despite having US supercross experience.
Anstie said on Instagram: “Would have loved to be at the SMX in Germany this weekend but after doing some blood tests earlier this week I have been ordered to not do a lot and take antibiotics because I picked up an infection or something when I was in America and couldn’t get rid of it. good luck to @husqvarna1903 this Saturday though .”
Max will move up to the MXGP class with Husqvarna next year and will now be focussed on getting healthy to commence his 450 preparations.
