Husband wins at Iron Works – Meara on the box

The opening round of the 90 Racing MXC Club Championship took place at Iron Works which saw some British Championship riders contest the event. Irish rider, Jason Meara travelled to the event to contest his first race since the Motocross Des Nations at Assen and his day day got off to the perfect start winning the first moto.

Jay Hague and Carlton Husband both won the other moto’s but it was Husband who was the most consistent on the day to take the overall win with Hague second overall and Meara rounding off the podium. Just missing out on the podium was EMX125 ASA United Husqvarna rider, Bobby Bruce.
