Jeffrey Herlings won all three motos at Hawkstone Park- but didn’t have it all his own way!

The Dutchman battled his teammate Glenn Coldenhoff in all three motos but got the edge each time on the rutted but rideable circuit, with Gautier Paulin keeping a watching brief all day for third overall.

In MX2 Pauls Jonass was very impressive as he took two moto wins, slowly easing away from an impressive Martin Barr in moto one before coming from third to first in race two and then finishing a fine fourth place in the Superfinal catching Paulin while holding off Searle!

Barr, who briefly led race two before a couple of crashes, consequently dropped out of the podium reckoning with an impressive Conrad Mewse coming from average starts each time out to work his way to third overall.

Thomas Kjer Olsen, who got better each time out, kept Jonass honest in race two and until a crash in the super final, finished second overall.
