Herlings: It’s a shame he (Cairoli) cut me off at the start!
Jeffrey Herlings was not happy with Tony Cairoli after the Italian cut his rival off out of the gate in moto two but an angry Herlings passed Cairoli on the first lap and ran away with the win.
Even a crash during his early sprint laps didn’t allow Cairoli to take the lead but Herlings admitted after he wasn’t happy with Cairoli’s tactics.
“I had a good first lap battle with Tony, it’s just a shame he cut me off again with the start, it’s not fun like this, it’s going to be a long championship this way.” said Herlings.
With Cairoli losing another six points to Herlings there could be more of the same from the Italian as he tries every way he can to get ahead of the Dutchman!
