Guillod to make Czech Republic return!
Valentin Guillod has been back on the bike for over a week now and will return to MXGP action in Czech Republic at the unique Loket track this weekend.
The talented Swiss rider has been absent since round ten in Russia when he picked up an injury. Due to that he has been absent from the paddock and hasn’t secured any points during the last three rounds. He will be back under the Assomotor Honda awning this weekend though to partner his Italian team mate, Alessandro Lupino.
Guillod has been out of action as he broke the metacarpal bone in his hand during the Russian qualifying race but it will be nice to see him make a return to the MXGP paddock this weekend.
It hasn’t been a great season for Guillod as he hasn’t totally adapted to the Honda but he will be hoping to end the season strongly.
UPDATE: Valentin unfortunately won’t be back this weekend after all. He got some bad news from the doctor. Read more here.
